This appointment type is for new & established patients ONLY needing Botox or Dysport injections.  If you have additional concerns, please book an In-Office appointment.  

Our office requires a credit card on file to confirm all appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 2 business days notice or a $100 fee will be charged. This helps ensure appointment availability for all patients.  

If time allows, Dr. Campbell is happy to address additional medical or cosmetic concerns, but please be aware a $300 charge will be added to your wrinkle relaxer appointment
