Dr. Caren Campbell
MD, FAAD

Board-certified dermatologist to Bay Area's industry leaders and anyone else too busy for nonsensical skincare routines, Dr. Campbell is dedicated to sharing straightforward skincare advice. Rooted in over a decade of experience learning, teaching and collaborating with the nation's top doctors; Dr. Campbell’s approach is to treat patients with the most thoughtful, forward-looking in-office care, and empower patients to confidently continue their skincare and self-care journey at home.

Dr. Campbell takes pride in helping each patient realize personal skin goals and maximize feeling good about themselves. She believes that taking care of the way we look influences how we show up in the world.

Becoming a Board-Certified Dermatologist involves extensive training: 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school, 1 year of internal medicine, and 3 years of dermatology residency.


Dr. Campbell earned her premedical degree at the University of Pennsylvania, attended Jefferson Medical College, completed her internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center, and trained in dermatology at the University of Louisville. Before pursuing medicine, she graduated from Colgate University in Economics and worked at Deloitte Consulting.

I have been going to Caren for the past few years for Dysport and rosacea, and have really appreciated her depth of knowledge, her sense of humor, and my results. My skin has improved so much since I’ve started working with her, and I love her face wash and skin care. She recently came out with a new skincare line which I am excited to try, as it’s tough to find high quality products for rosacea that work well for my sensitive skin. She’s really upfront with her pricing, which makes it really easy to plan and budget for treatments.

Dr. Campbell is incredibly talented and cares about her patients. I first saw her for Botox on a recommendation from a friend. I was nervous since it was my first time, but she immediately put me at ease. She listens, understands what you’re looking for, and prioritizes natural, balanced results over overdone treatments or unnecessary procedures. Beyond aesthetics, she’s helped me improve my skin, especially with acne on my face and back. She is always offering thoughtful, effective solutions. Her staff is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They care a lot about provide a positive experience. Dr. Campbell is the kind of doctor you trust completely. I have had a great experience with Dr Campbell and her team. The office is clean, bright and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr Campbell is knowledgeable, warm, skilled, thorough and extremely competent. She did a beautiful job removing a worrisome and unsightly mole on my face and there is now no sign it was ever there! After doing this, she made sure to notify me promptly with the lab results. In addition she skillfully utilizes wrinkle relaxers and follows up with me in a timely manner to refresh. Thank you Dr Campbell!
